Apple Watch Trade-In in the UK
Sell an eligible Apple Watch to JamesMobiles using our straightforward UK trade-in service. Choose the watch model, case size, connectivity and condition, then follow the supplied postage instructions. Payment is made by bank transfer after the watch has been received, tested and accepted.
What information do you need?
- The Apple Watch series or model.
- The case size.
- GPS or GPS + Cellular connectivity.
- The condition that matches the watch grading checklist.
- The serial number, or IMEI for an eligible cellular watch where requested.
How Apple Watch trade-in works
- Select the watch and answer the condition questions.
- Review the initial valuation and submit your details.
- Unpair, erase and prepare the watch.
- Package it securely and follow the postage instructions.
- We inspect the watch and arrange payment after acceptance.
Prepare your Apple Watch
Unpair the watch from your iPhone, remove Activation Lock, erase the device and remove any personal accessories that are not requested. Check that the watch matches the selected grade, including the screen, case, buttons, charging and connectivity.

What happens if the condition is different?
If testing shows a material difference, we may send a revised offer. You can accept or decline it. If you decline, we return the Apple Watch free of charge and email the tracking number once it has been dispatched.
