JamesMobiles is a trading name of RJG Trading Limited, a UK phone and Apple Watch trading and recycling business with experience buying, testing and grading mobile devices.
We help customers turn unwanted devices into money while extending the useful life of technology.
A straightforward trade-in
1. Choose your device
Choose a model from the available catalogue. For phones, select storage and condition. For Apple Watch, select case size, connectivity and condition.
2. Send it to us
Choose a postage option, prepare your device and pack it securely for inspection.
3. Get paid
Once your device is received, tested and the final price accepted, we aim to instruct your bank-transfer payment on the same working day.

From us, for charity
For every eligible phone or Apple Watch successfully bought, JamesMobiles donates £5 to charity. Our donation is separate from your agreed payment — it does not reduce the amount you receive.
Choose one of our listed charities or nominate your own, subject to verification. No donation is made for rejected, returned or unpurchased devices.
A second life for technology
Depending on their condition, devices and components may be reused, refurbished, resold, used for parts or directed towards appropriate recycling.
We buy eligible working and faulty devices. Our grading guide helps you choose the condition that matches your device.
